- Tri-city Pregnancy Network - Richland - provides counseling and services to women who are making decisions about unplanned pregnancies.
- Union Gospel Mission - Pasco - provides rescue ministry to the broken, bruised, and needy in the Tri-Cities and surrounding communities.
- World Relief - Richland - partners with churches to make a significant impact on the lives of newly arrived refugees with helpful ministries that show newcomers that the Church cares about them.
- Grace Clinic - Kennewick - provides free medical and related services to uninsured people in the Tri-Cites through a holistic approach.
- Habitat for Humanity - Richland - works in partnership with low-income working families, sponsors and communities to build and renovate decent, affordable housing.
- Edith Bischel Center - Kennewick - dedicated to serving the blind and visually impaired in southeastern Washington and northeastern Oregon.
- Skills Development Mission - Richland - reaches, teaches, and empowers under-skilled individuals to be responsible citizens.
- SEWSCDH Center for the Deaf - Pasco - betters the lives of deaf, deaf-blind, & hard of hearing individuals & their families through empowerment, & equality in a hearing world.
- Ignite Youth Mentoring - Richland - committed to providing youth in the Tri-Cities adult role models of Christian Character; partners with schools, youth and family agencies, counselors and churches to support and build our youth.
- Center for Sharing - Pasco - provides an intensive Local Leadership Formation Course to realize its vision of raising up servant leaders.
- Young Life - Kennewich/Richland - committed to being involved with kids’ lives — from supporting them at their sporting events to listening to them talk about what’s important to them; help kids consider the direction of their lives, and offer hope for their future.
- Child Evangelism of Tri-Cities - Richland - evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and establish (disciple) them in the local church for Christian living.
