Be at Calvary Chapel at 3p on Friday, March 4, to sign in. Have your bags tagged and ready to go.

We plan on being back in town on Sunday, March 6, by 6p. The buses will drop us off at Calvary.

Feb 14

We will again be going to Wildhorse Canyon near Antelope OR for our Winter Retreat. The dates are March 4-6. Here’s the registration form, you will also need a young life medical release and a Bethel participation agreement. Cost is $145, and there will be a registration table at the Richland Campus foyer on Sunday, Feb 13 and 20. Or you can bring your forms and payment to iNTERSECT on Sunday nights from 6:30-8p in the Activity Center.

Don’t forget to get all your paperwork in for the Winter Retreat, there will be a foyer table at church on Sunday, or you can bring it to iNTERSECT! You do not want to miss this retreat!

The party starts at 2p in the Activity Center and goes til the game is over. Then we will head over to the Fellowship Hall to help prepare for the FBLA conference the next day. See below for more details on that! Even if you aren’t going on a ministry trip it’s a great way to help keep the cost down for others!

Sunday, Feb 6 and Monday, Feb 7 there is an opportunity to help bring down the costs of Ministry Trips. We will be setting up and serving lunch at an FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) conference that will be held at Bethel on Monday. Some of you have already signed up to help on one of those days, you should be getting something in the mail soon as a reminder.

Here are the plans for the two days and some basic info on what you will be doing.

Sunday night helpers:

If you can arrive at 7:00pm we hope to be done in about 60- 90 minutes.

We will need people setting up tables and chairs in the Fellowship Hall and classrooms according to a table map that we will have.

In the Kitchen we will need:
Cooked chicken chopped
Ground meat browned
Veggies chopped and stored separately for salad
Napkins and utensils wrapped and tied with ribbon
Gather drink pitchers and salt and pepper shakers
Set up water station

Dessert providers:

Please deliver your desserts Sunday evening at 7:00 or call to arrange a time for Monday morning if necessary.

Monday Servers:
We really need some helpers to arrive by 10:00am to help prepare the food and set up.
Boil pasta
Cook Sauce
Combine and put in warmer ovens
heat breadsticks (keep in warmer)
Toss salad veggies and dressing
mix lemonade
Fill pitchers with Ice
Fill pitchers with lemonade/ water
Cut desserts

Some of you are coming from other classes/ jobs — please be there no later than 11:30.
Deliver water pitchers to tables
Deliver Lemonade to tables
Placemats and silverware to tables
Cups to tables
Salt and Pepper to tables

Serve Pasta (Red or White)
serve breadsticks
serve salad
serve dessert
